Delicious Meatballs With Fresh Tomato Sauce From Turkey


When it comes to meatballs, I prefer to use ground turkey. My research shows that ground turkey is probably not much lower than beef when it comes to fat and calories. It depends on what you choose for the fat content of minced meat and white meat vs. dark turkey meat content of the soil. It is a matter of personal choice. I prefer to think ground turkey for ground beef. I think the sense of beef so thin as cardboard. If you're watching fat and calories are close enough to worry about, you might want to avoid ground meat at all. That said, let's move into delicious recipes.
